I’ve taken down one of my posts. I’ve never done it before, but I don’t have some grand view about doing it, so it’s gone.
The post in question is the one about the Alexa DiCarlo debacle.
I wasn’t particularly worried about absolute details. It wasn’t as if I was preparing a legal document. I wasn’t prepared to spend hours following the entire story and getting every last detail correct. I honestly didn’t think it mattered. All I wanted to do was to give those who hadn’t seen what was going on a vague idea as to what I was yammering on about.
Apparently, some people were bothered, so for that I apologise. The post has gone. I’m sorry. Some seem to think I was accusing them of something. Again, I wasn’t and I’m sorry if you got that impression. It wasn’t my intention to offend/annoy etc.
However, my point was that regardless of who or what Alexa is/was, the person who has now bounced up and started offering a reward for information regarding the true identity of various internet escorts is a sleaze. Whoever they are, they have no right to do what they are doing. They are trying to disguise their despicable actions with a load of tripe about how the people they are targeting are in fact criminals.
I can’t see how their actions can possibly cause anything other than pain and hardship for the people they have decided to “out”.
They’re on a par with the tabloid newspapers who decide that it is “in the public interest” to know the real identity of escorts.
That’s it, that’s all I wanted to say. Thank you and goodnight.
